Demand Planner / Sr. Demand Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Demand Planner (or Senior Demand Planner) to join Bosch Mobility Aftermarket in Oakbrook Terrace. The role will manage demand forecasting for a multi‑location, multi‑customer network using SAP APO and supply‑chain best practices, supporting our global wiper and automotive service solutions business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update statistical forecasts in SAP APO for multiple plants and customers.
• Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process, building consensus with Sales, Marketing and senior leadership.
• Analyze forecast performance, identify trends and propose improvements to increase forecast accuracy.
• Design, develop and support fulfillment tools and inventory management processes.
• Collaborate with inventory and service‑level strategy teams to meet Sales Forecast Accuracy targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in demand planning or supply‑chain forecasting, preferably in an automotive or aftermarket environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and communicate insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
