Demand Generation Manager, WMS

About the role

The Demand Generation Manager owns the end‑to‑end demand generation strategy for Manhattan Associates’ warehouse management segment. You will shape integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned, event and partner channels, driving pipeline and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Define segment‑level demand generation strategy, integrated campaign calendar and investment recommendations.
• Translate strategy into full‑funnel, multi‑channel activation plans and own performance across volume, velocity, conversion and pipeline.
• Partner with Digital, MOPS, BDR leadership and other specialists to ensure channel effectiveness and BDR activation.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional workstreams, maintain RACI, and support quarterly planning and resource allocation.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of B2B demand generation or integrated marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or supply‑chain technology.
• Proven track record building full‑funnel, multi‑channel campaigns for enterprise customers.
• Experience working closely with BDR/SDR teams and managing matrix relationships across channel owners.
• Strong analytical skills to use campaign, audience and funnel data for optimization.
