Demand Generation Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to build, execute, and scale enterprise demand generation and ABM strategies across North America for Checkout.com. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, owning the pipeline from first touch to early‑stage qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the regional demand generation plan and drive qualified enterprise pipeline and revenue.
• Design, launch, and scale 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs targeting high‑value enterprise accounts in the US and Canada.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, and Sales to optimize lead scoring, qualification, routing and SLAs.
• Identify, test, and scale acquisition channels such as personalized email, paid digital, webinars, content syndication, and industry events.
• Develop segmentation and messaging for complex buying committees, balancing technical and commercial personas.

Required profile

• 6–8+ years in demand generation, revenue or growth marketing within B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Proven experience building and scaling ABM programs that drive pipeline acceleration and revenue.
• Strong understanding of payments, digital commerce or financial ecosystems (highly desired).
• Data‑driven mindset with comfort using marketing automation, CRM and attribution models.
• Ability to set strategy and also execute campaign copy, build assets and analyze results.
