Deltek Costpoint System Administrator (Remote US)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Deltek Costpoint System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support its Deltek Costpoint ERP environment across the United States. The role is fully remote and involves ensuring system performance, security compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Deltek Costpoint ERP, Time & Expense, Cognos, and Cobra modules.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues, implement enhancements, and ensure system performance.
• Maintain security compliance in a regulated environment, including SAML‑based SSO and SSL certificate management.
• Provide database support using Microsoft SQL Server, SSMS, SSIS, and ETL processes.
• Support Costpoint Web Services, API integrations, and system extensibility.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, contribute to automation via PowerShell, and assist with infrastructure tasks on Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, ServiceNow, VMware, Nutanix, and Hyper‑V.

Required profile

• U.S. person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 4 years of relevant Information Technology experience.
• Ability to work remotely across the United States and communicate effectively via phone, email, or video.

Required skills

• Expertise in Deltek Costpoint ERP administration.
• Experience with Deltek Time & Expense, Cobra, and Cognos reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, SSMS, SSIS, and database troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Costpoint Web Services, API integrations, and ETL development.
• Understanding of SAML‑based SSO, SSL certificate management, and application security.
• Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting.
• Familiarity with Azure, ServiceNow, VMware, Nutanix, and Hyper‑V environments.
