Delivery Driver – Store Support

About the role

As a Delivery Driver for Aaron’s you will be the face of the brand, delivering, installing and demonstrating merchandise directly to customers while supporting store operations. The role combines driving, hands‑on handling of products and customer interaction in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Load, secure and protect merchandise for transport.
• Drive the delivery vehicle safely and comply with DOT regulations.
• Off‑load, install and demonstrate products at customer locations.
• Assist the store with moving, installing and picking up merchandise as needed.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a desire to help customers.
• Working knowledge of electronics.
• Age 21 (18 in Canada) with a high‑school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Meet DOT certification requirements (U.S.) and hold a valid driver’s licence (non‑CDL).
• Ability to lift 50 lb unaided and 300 lb with a dolly; comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
