Delivery Assistant (DOT Certified)

About the role

The Delivery Assistant DOT supports the service team by delivering Ben E. Keith Beverage products to retail locations across Texas. You will ensure orders are accurate, stocked, and presented professionally while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Unload and verify orders at customer sites using hand trucks or electric jacks.
• Count, fill, and organize back‑stock, cooler windows, and shelf displays.
• Collect customer signatures and payments, and complete all required paperwork.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip truck inspections and report any issues.
• Refuel the truck, keep the vehicle clean, and ensure equipment is safe and functional.
• Build product displays as needed and maintain a tidy back‑stock area.
• Communicate opportunities or challenges to sales staff.
• Attend required meetings and assist other drivers when needed.
