About the role

We are looking for a DeFi Researcher to help build and accelerate decentralized technology that reshapes economies into communities of distributed and individual ownership. At Anagram, a digital‑assets holding company, you will join a team that plays, builds and wins together while relentlessly pursuing excellence. Our mission is to accelerate the digital financialization of everything, enabling anyone, anywhere to create financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research on decentralized finance protocols, emerging crypto projects and interoperable digital assets.
• Support the design and incubation of new blockchain‑based initiatives that align with Anagram’s thesis on the future of digital assets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for financialization and open‑access finance in the Web3 ecosystem.
• Contribute insights that help reorder economies into community‑driven ownership models.
