Deduction Analyst – AI‑Powered Revenue Recovery

About the role

As a Deduction Analyst at Glimpse, you will be the human expert behind an AI‑driven platform that helps leading CPG brands recover lost revenue. You will investigate retailer chargebacks, validate claims, and drive disputes to resolution while collaborating with AI agents that automate data collection and recommendation.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and validate retailer chargebacks (promotions, shortages, pricing) using AI‑generated data and handling complex edge cases.
• Train Glimpse’s AI models by evaluating supporting documentation (invoices, proof of delivery) and feeding back final decisions.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to translate deduction workflows into new automated features.
• Prepare, submit, and manage deduction disputes through retailer portals, automating tracking and recovery monitoring.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Operations to understand trade programs, identify root causes, and help customers reduce future leakage.
• Maintain accurate records, document best practices, and contribute to building the operational foundation for the platform.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience reviewing financial or deduction data.
• Ability to interpret invoices, proof‑of‑delivery documents, and retailer policies.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable making judgment calls on claim validity.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
