Deals Contract Management – Experienced Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking an Experienced Associate to join its Deals Contract Management team in San Francisco. You will work on reviewing client contracts, understanding business transactions, and supporting multiple engagements while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse client contracts to identify key terms and risks.
• Support multiple client engagements and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver technology‑enabled contract solutions.
• Participate in research and project tasks related to contract management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Finance, Computer & Information Science, Data Analytics, Economics or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to gather information from diverse sources.
• Commitment to professional standards and firm code of conduct.
