About the role

Infosys Financial Services is seeking a Datastage Developer to join its technology consulting team in Charlotte, NC. You will work on data‑integration projects for leading financial institutions, leveraging AI‑driven solutions and modern data platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Document assigned portions of business requirements during the elicitation process.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture decisions and guide the technical team.
• Develop, code, and integrate new features or updates while ensuring system stability.
• Perform code reviews, manage code repositories and apply necessary changes.
• Define and execute test strategies, analyse results and coordinate bug‑fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks for smooth transitions.
• Participate in production issue resolution and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques and support activities for knowledge‑base enrichment.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Proven capability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience working in a consulting environment serving financial services clients.

Required skills
