About the role
As a Data Scientist on the Growth team at Rox, you will power the intelligence layer behind the world’s first revenue operating system. You will be responsible for the metrics, insights, and analytical frameworks that shape product development, business operations, and customer transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain core metrics that drive product and business decisions.
- Build analytical frameworks and dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership, engineering, and go‑to‑market teams.
- Collaborate directly with senior leaders and cross‑functional pods to translate data into strategic clarity.
- Support customers by delivering data‑driven recommendations that improve their revenue organizations.
Required profile
- High‑ownership mindset with a focus on high‑leverage impact.
- Thrives at the intersection of data analysis, GTM strategy, product strategy, and operational excellence.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
