Data Partnerships Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Data Partnerships Manager to champion Clay’s data partners, ensuring they are successful, engaged, and derive maximum value from their collaboration with our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own relationships with a portfolio of data partners, serving as their primary contact and internal advocate.
• Conduct regular communication, quarterly business reviews, and proactive outreach to build trust.
• Monitor partner health metrics such as usage, data quality, satisfaction, and commercial performance.
• Identify growth opportunities, including co‑marketing, product positioning, and integration improvements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve technical, commercial, or operational issues quickly.
• Translate partner feedback into actionable insights for product, engineering, and leadership.
• Track and report on partner performance, manage contract renewals, and maintain documentation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of partnership, account management, or business development experience in B2B SaaS or data/API companies.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills, able to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience measuring partner health and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Comfort thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with shifting priorities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with data enrichment tools.
• Experience working with APIs and B2B data ecosystems.
