Data Entry Assistant

About the role

RemoteHunter is looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Assistant to support accurate data management and administrative operations within the software industry. The role is fully remote and involves maintaining databases, reviewing information, and ensuring data confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases and spreadsheets.
• Review and verify information for errors, inconsistencies, and missing data.
• Correct data issues and maintain reliable records.
• Collaborate with team members on data‑related projects.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical documents.
• Assist with preparing reports and data summaries.
• Follow company policies for data confidentiality and security.
• Support additional administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional data‑management education or certification is a plus.
• Previous data‑entry or similar administrative experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with database software (advantageous).
