About the role
The Data Entry Assistant supports the organization’s software operations by ensuring that all information entered into databases is accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date. This role is essential for maintaining high‑quality data that drives decision‑making across multiple departments.
Key responsibilities
- Enter data from various sources into the database with high accuracy.
- Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.
- Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data entries.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.
- Follow data confidentiality guidelines and company policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; data‑management certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry or similar administrative roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Effective communication and proactive problem‑solving skills.
