Data Center Supply Coordinator

As part of Alfa Laval’s 140‑year‑old start‑up culture, the Data Center Supply Coordinator supports customers throughout the quote‑to‑cash process, providing real‑time planning and delivery information. This onsite position is based in Richmond, VA.

Key responsibilities

• Support the quote‑to‑cash process for data‑center customers with operational and supply information.
• Represent Operations in front of data‑center customers and provide order status and delivery dates.
• Purchase, control and prepare supplier shipping documents.
• Coordinate with global sales and demand planning on forecasting and supply allocations.
• Maintain the suppliers database and act as the single point of contact for customers and sales.
• Provide a unified view of the global supply chain for data‑center customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, field coordination or project support.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer touchpoints and coordinate across internal teams.
• Familiarity with logistics, service scheduling and supply‑chain dependencies.
• Strong communication, issue escalation and risk‑identification skills in high‑volume environments.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities with professionalism.
