Data Center Site Manager / Supervisor

About the role

Bitdeer Technologies Group, a world‑leading AI and Bitcoin mining infrastructure provider, is looking for a Data Center Site Manager / Supervisor to oversee its Aurora, CO facility. The role is responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability and operational excellence of all data‑center infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the data‑center, guaranteeing availability and reliability of all systems.
• Supervise a team of Operations Engineers, handling manpower planning, shift scheduling, task assignment and performance management.
• Maintain 24 × 7 operational coverage and appropriate staffing to meet business and customer needs.
• Act as the primary escalation point for incidents, coordinating cross‑functional teams for timely resolution and root‑cause analysis.
• Oversee operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of AI/HPC infrastructure, including NVIDIA B300 clusters, GPU servers, x86 servers, storage servers, Ethernet and InfiniBand switches, and related cabling (optical fiber, DAC, AOC).
• Develop, maintain and improve SOPs, EOPs and preventive‑maintenance programs.
• Monitor site health, KPIs, incident trends and infrastructure performance to ensure service quality.
• Coordinate hardware installation, rack‑and‑stack, system commissioning, infrastructure expansion and lifecycle management.
• Review and approve maintenance activities, change requests, incident reports and shift handover records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and security procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, network, facilities and vendor teams for new deployments and operational improvements.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and provide hands‑on support during emergencies or critical incidents.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and managing data‑center operations.
• Experience supervising technical teams and managing shift schedules.
• Ability to provide 24 × 7 coverage and respond to on‑call incidents.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and capability to drive root‑cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and coordination with cross‑functional teams.
