Data Analyst

About the role

Regal is building a massive dataset from its Voice AI agents that handle millions of real‑time customer interactions. As a Data Analyst you will turn this data into actionable insights that shape product decisions, improve AI and human agent performance, and drive smarter business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep‑dive analyses and build internal reports and dashboards to guide product and business strategy.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and AI Product Specialists to provide data‑driven insights for AI agent tuning and evaluation.
• Define and standardise key metric calculations and their presentation within the Regal application.
• Leverage AI coding agents to accelerate data discovery and analysis.
• Document business metrics, data models, and maintain clear data‑definition resources.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or management consultant.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries and using dbt for data transformation.
• Experience with modern data warehouses; ClickHouse or Snowflake preferred.
• Comfortable using Looker or a comparable dashboarding tool.
