D365 CRM Consultant – Richardson, TX

About the role

Infosys is seeking a D365 CRM Consultant to join its Microsoft unit in Richardson, TX. The role focuses on delivering Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, integrating with other Microsoft cloud services, and supporting clients in their digital transformation journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate business requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment with ERP capabilities.
• Assist in solution architecture design and customize ERP modules based on detailed requirements.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain new features within existing applications, performing code reviews for stability and compliance.
• Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes, and ensure consistent data flow between ERP and other systems.
• Assess ERP performance, identify enhancement opportunities, and ensure customizations meet security and regulatory standards.
• Create comprehensive documentation for customizations and deliver user training.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end ERP package customization and implementation.
• Skill in translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
