Cybersecurity Incident Response Analyst

About the role

MANTECH is seeking a motivated Cybersecurity Incident Response Analyst to provide 24x7x365 coverage for mission‑essential infrastructure in McLean, VA. The position works a fixed 4‑day, 10‑hour shift schedule with multiple shift options and requires initial day‑shift training.

Key responsibilities

• Detect and monitor security incidents across customer networks.
• Analyze and investigate incidents to determine scope and impact.
• Respond to and mitigate incidents to restore normal operations.
• Conduct threat intelligence gathering and vulnerability management.
• Prepare and maintain incident reports and documentation.

Required profile

• High school diploma with at least 1 year of cyber‑related experience.
• 1 year of experience in cyber incident response.
• Current active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT‑II certification within six months of hire.
