CyberArk Consultant – Infrastructure Management

About the role

Infosys Financial Services is seeking a CyberArk Consultant to join its infrastructure consulting team in Richardson, Texas. The role focuses on privilege access management and identity management solutions for financial institution clients, leveraging CyberArk PAM technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents, conduct root‑cause analyses and document preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure, prepare assessment reports and support due‑diligence activities to identify maturity gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Design scalable, cost‑effective infrastructure solutions, review reusable components and develop technical documentation for deployments.
• Coordinate release schedules, execute deployments, perform post‑deployment testing and manage version control.
• Schedule maintenance, emergency fixes and technology upgrades while ensuring seamless integration.
• Analyze performance data, support capacity planning and optimize system behavior.
• Conduct security checks, recovery drills and compliance audits, implementing security measures and continuity plans.
• Identify automation opportunities, analyze existing processes and propose efficiency enhancements.

Required profile

• Experience in infrastructure consulting or similar roles, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Strong analytical skills for incident resolution, root‑cause analysis and performance optimization.
• Ability to work collaboratively with client and internal teams and produce clear technical documentation.
