• Manage multiple simultaneous chat conversations with speed, multitasking proficiency, and professional poise.
• Meticulously document all interactions and patient data within our CRM system to ensure continuity of care.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate specialized teams.
• Uphold strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality protocols at all times.
