Customer Support Specialist – Chat and Email

About the role

Join a fast‑growing BPO leader as a Customer Support Specialist focused on chat and email. This onsite position in Morrow, GA involves handling customer inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism while contributing to continuous improvement of support processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support via email and chat, resolving inquiries from start to finish and maintaining a positive customer impression.
• Identify recurring issues, share feedback, and help create knowledge articles and self‑service resources.
• Work with support tools, reporting dashboards, and AI‑assisted technology to streamline workflows and improve service quality.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering and other teams to communicate customer issues and drive improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years in customer support, experience handling high‑volume cases and trust‑and‑safety matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Detail‑oriented, resilient and able to manage multiple concurrent chats under time‑sensitive conditions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience using customer support platforms, reporting dashboards and AI‑assisted tools.
