Customer Support Manager – MRO North America

About the role

The Customer Support Manager (CSM) acts as the voice of the customer within Airbus' Customer Support and Services Organization, overseeing post‑sales activities and ensuring customer satisfaction while protecting Airbus interests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the In Service Core Team (ISCT) to develop and drive Airbus' customer service strategy for MRO customers.
• Support aircraft sales campaigns and MRO partnerships by evaluating operational performance, coordinating with Procurement and other business units, aligning on in‑service topics, managing commercial gestures, overdue payments and contractual commitments.
• Maintain direct relationships with customers’ management to address needs and expectations.
• Work with Services and Sales Directors to identify customer needs and actively promote Customer Services sales.

Required profile

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 + years of experience in Customer Support, preferably in the aviation industry (OEM, MRO, Airlines).
• Project management experience preferred.
• High level of accountability, integrity and critical‑thinking ability.
• Professional, amiable personality with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Experience preparing and presenting customer presentations.
• Willingness to travel up to 40 % domestically and internationally.
