Customer Success Representative

About the role

Flagler Health is seeking a Customer Success Representative to own the relationship with assigned healthcare customers, ensuring they adopt and gain real value from our clinical operating system. You will act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, helping providers deliver better longitudinal musculoskeletal care.

Key responsibilities

• Own the ongoing relationship with assigned healthcare customers, driving adoption and ensuring they realize value from the platform.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, linking customers with internal product, implementation, and support teams.
• Translate customer needs into actionable outcomes, surface feedback, and act as the voice of the customer.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities within accounts to support retention and growth.
• Travel approximately 25 % to meet customers on‑site and strengthen relationships.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in health‑tech or a healthcare setting working with health‑technology platforms (e.g., athenahealth).
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and the ability to build durable customer relationships.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable solving customer problems in a fast‑moving, mission‑driven environment.
• Clear communicator who takes ownership and thrives in a startup culture.

Required skills

• Experience with health‑technology platforms such as athenahealth.
