Customer Success Manager – Remote

About the role

GoldenWest Management Inc. is looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to join its fully remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for our portfolio of property‑management clients, ensuring their needs are met quickly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve complex property‑management issues for residents.
• Respond to client inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone and email.
• Collaborate with remote and onsite property‑management teams, including Maintenance, Accounting, and Operations.
• Follow GWM standard operating procedures and company systems.
• Assist in monitoring key portfolio KPIs such as leasing & renewals, vacancy & turnover, client attrition, management fee collection, and tenant rent collection.

Required profile

• Customer service experience is mandatory; property‑management or real‑estate background is a plus.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and strong time‑management abilities.
• Proactive, dependable, self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Quick learner of new systems, processes, and technology.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
