Customer Success Manager

About the role

SkySpecs is seeking a Customer Success Manager to act as a strategic partner for wind and solar asset owners and operators. You will bridge customers with internal teams, ensuring contracts are executed and relationships thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and serve as their strategic partner.
• Act as primary liaison coordinating meetings across Inspection Services, Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Translate customer contracts, NDAs and project schedules into actionable plans.
• Review and execute proposals for emergency inspection needs.
• Maintain Salesforce data and sales reports.
• Lead web demos, identify operational pain points and drive upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Draft and deliver customer reports and regularly meet with priority customers.
• Travel up to 2% of the time, including visits to the Ann Arbor headquarters.

Required profile

• 4‑year degree and at least 2 years of Customer Success experience.
• Strong critical‑thinking, problem‑solving and independent decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, public speaking and active listening skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑growth environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
