Customer Service Support Staff – Downtown Minneapolis

About the role

Pizza Lucé is seeking enthusiastic, high‑energy individuals to join the support staff team in downtown Minneapolis. You will help deliver an excellent customer experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, answer menu questions and make recommendations.
• Take phone orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Assist delivery drivers with packing and labeling cold items.
• Collaborate with servers, bartenders, hosts and bussers to ensure smooth service.
• Perform miscellaneous cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping and taking out trash.

Required profile

• Fluent command of English with an upbeat, friendly personality.
• Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand up to 10 hours and lift 40 lb.
• Team‑oriented attitude and alert to co‑workers’ and guests’ needs.
