Customer Service Representative (Remote, LATAM/Europe)

About the role

Veta Virtual is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join its fast-growing call center team. You will be the friendly, professional voice of the businesses you support, answering their calls with warmth and energy. The position is full-time, remote and phone-based, with a single 9-hour shift Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern Time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls professionally for a diverse range of businesses and professionals, becoming the trusted voice of each client.
• Address callers' needs with empathy and professionalism, taking accurate messages and delivering them promptly.
• Book appointments using user-friendly scheduling tools and transfer calls efficiently, following established protocols.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their unique requirements and adapting your approach.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role, such as customer service, call center or phone-based support.
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong command of English, written and spoken.
• An outgoing, energetic and positive personality, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence.
• Quick learning ability and familiarity with AI tools.
• A quiet work environment, reliable equipment and a stable internet connection.
• Availability for the 9-hour Monday-to-Friday shift.
• Must be currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.

Required skills

• Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
