Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

Career Advancement Network is seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to support clients in planning their travel. This fully remote, full‑time position involves understanding customer needs, researching travel options, and guiding clients through the reservation process.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to capture travel requirements and preferences.
• Research hotels, cruises, resorts, vacation packages, tours and other travel options.
• Answer reservation questions, provide booking details and follow‑up updates.
• Maintain accurate client records and reservation information.
• Coordinate with travel suppliers when additional assistance is required.
• Stay informed about destinations, supplier promotions and travel policies.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a professional approach.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer and internet proficiency.
• Willingness to learn online systems and travel platforms.
