Customer Service Representative – Print Production & Front Desk

About the role

ABC Imaging is looking for a detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to act as the primary liaison between clients and the print production team. You will manage print job intake, ensure specifications are met, and maintain smooth communication throughout the production cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and process incoming print jobs via email, production bins, and front‑counter intake.
• Accurately code and log customer tickets according to company guidelines.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, specifications, deadlines, and budgets.
• Communicate job requirements clearly to operators, prepress staff, and other production teams.
• Review job details for accuracy, completeness, and print readiness.
• Follow up with clients on file issues, production questions, and scheduling updates.
• Track jobs through completion, ensuring proper delivery, shipment logging, and job closure.
• Provide professional front‑desk and phone support and maintain an organized reception area.
• Manage office and production supplies inventory and support staff with administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience in reprographics, print production, prepress, or a graphics environment.
• Working knowledge of offset and digital printing workflows.
• Familiarity with prepress processes and file preparation standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
• Knowledge of offset and digital printing production workflows.
