Customer Service Representative (Print Production & Client Support)

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for clients at ABC Imaging, handling printing, production, and graphic communication requests with accuracy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Act as liaison between clients and print production teams, communicating job specifications.
• Handle inquiries, quotes, and orders via phone, email, and in‑person.
• Provide guidance on printing options, file preparation, timelines, and specifications.
• Track job progress, give status updates, and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with pre‑press, production, and finishing teams to ensure on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in printing, graphics, or print production preferred.
• Background in customer service, account coordination, or client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of print terminology and production workflows.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of file formats such as PDF and InDesign.
• Familiarity with print management or job‑tracking systems.
