Customer Service Representative – Partner Relations

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its Partner Relations department at the Wilmington, OH Service Center. You will act as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, handling carrier communications, freight tracking, and cross‑border logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate daily with partner carriers to provide updated tracing information.
• Resolve delivery delays, schedule pickups, and address customs clearance inquiries.
• Assist customers with freight movement across borders and OSD issues.
• Maintain accurate records and daily reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Update all customer interactions in internal applications.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Motivated, computer‑literate, and able to type at least 30 WPM.
• General office and customer‑service experience.
• Knowledge of transportation processes is a plus.
