About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our moving company team in New Jersey. The role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating moving schedules, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience throughout the moving process.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate moving services, pickups, and deliveries.
  • Communicate moving dates, pricing, and updates to customers.
  • Coordinate with drivers, movers, and internal operations teams.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in moving, logistics, transportation, or home‑services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Required skills

  • Basic computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
