About the role

Join Unifin Inc, a global BPO provider, as a Customer Service Representative. You will handle inbound inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver world‑class service to customers.

Key responsibilities

Manage escalations and complaints in line with account policies.
Handle inbound contacts and perform outbound callbacks to meet service levels.
Negotiate, problem‑solve and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
Act as the “voice of the customer,” recommending root‑cause solutions.
Share knowledge with teammates to reduce recurring problems.
Accurately capture customer data in the system and maintain records.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of customer service or contact‑center experience.
Proven ability to de‑escalate dissatisfied customers with patience and empathy.
On‑site work location.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
