Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role focuses on managing product orders, coordinating service calls, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries about product offerings, availability, and pricing, and process orders accurately.
• Coordinate and schedule service calls for window installations, repairs, and maintenance, keeping customers informed.
• Provide exceptional support by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and offering solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders, and service requests in the company database.
• Conduct follow‑up calls after service to confirm issue resolution and gauge satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and scheduling.

Required profile

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in window or home‑improvement industry.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
