Customer Service Representative

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at BuildASign, you will deliver a white‑glove experience to shoppers across our custom‑product brands. You will become the trusted point of contact for product, order, and delivery questions, ensuring each interaction leaves the customer feeling heard and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous support via phone, email, and other designated channels.
• Develop deep knowledge of assigned websites, products, customization tools, promotions, and delivery expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve order, product, website, and shipping issues, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Document every customer interaction accurately, noting actions taken, commitments made, and follow‑up steps.
• Strive for one‑contact resolution while meeting established productivity and adherence targets.
• Maintain a consistent, high‑quality experience across all assigned queues, brands, or accounts.
