About the role

Join Home Genius Exteriors as a Customer Service Representative focused on inside sales. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients in Ohio, turning inbound interest and outbound outreach into scheduled consultations and sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls with confidence and professionalism, acting as the initial touchpoint for prospects.
• Overcome objections, build trust, and schedule consultations that move leads toward closing.
• Document every interaction accurately in the company CRM to ensure seamless hand‑off to the sales team.
• Participate in paid training and continuously apply new techniques to improve performance.
• Create positive experiences for every potential customer while meeting or exceeding daily and weekly targets.
