Customer Service Representative – Booking & Customer Experience

About the role

Acadiana Comfort is seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to be the voice of the company for local homeowners. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule service appointments, and help keep technicians fully booked while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide confident, helpful solutions.
• Match customers with the best technician based on urgency, scope, and availability.
• Make outbound calls to maintain at least 80% schedule fill for technicians.
• Re‑engage past customers through win‑back lists and generate new opportunities via cold‑call lists.
• Maintain a positive attitude and look for ways to convert conversations into booked appointments.
• Support smooth customer experiences through clear communication, accurate scheduling, and follow‑through.
• Participate in ongoing customer service training provided by leading firms.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, call center support, inside sales, dispatch, scheduling, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong phone presence with clear, professional, and positive communication.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls in a performance‑driven environment.
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple conversations and scheduling priorities.
• Motivated by goals, bonuses, and daily opportunities to create value for customers and the team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience using scheduling software.
• Knowledge of call tracking platforms.
