Customer Service Call Center Clerk

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking organized, detail‑oriented Call Center Clerks for its Phoenix service center. The position is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑6 pm, with paid time off after 90 days and a benefits package that includes employee resorts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain professional phone etiquette when handling inbound calls.
• Perform data processing and entry‑level tasks with accuracy.
• Organize files, manage copy‑fax operations, and uphold filing standards.
• Apply time‑management skills to meet daily targets.
• Use basic computer functions, internet browsing, and security practices.
• Learn and operate company‑specific software, tools, and programs.
• Type at least 25 words per minute.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Demonstrate high energy, optimism, and a positive attitude.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual ability preferred.
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Team‑oriented and dependable.
