Customer Experience Consultant

About the role

Johnny Grow is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Consultant to join its consulting team. The role can be full‑time or contract and focuses on designing, improving and implementing CX strategies for mid‑market and large B2B/B2C clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver customer experience solutions using proven CX frameworks and best practices.
• Design or refine CX strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Integrate customer‑facing departments and improve customer journey experiences.
• Apply technology solutions such as CRM platforms, automation tools, reporting systems and analytics.
• Engage with clients to identify challenges and create strategies for improving customer relationships.
• Support business development activities, manage sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Deliver CX consulting services and manage client projects, including scope, timelines, quality and project teams.
• Build trusted relationships with senior‑level executives and client stakeholders.
• Manage client accounts and support long‑term business partnerships.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in CX consulting or as a C‑suite operator.
• At least 7 years of full‑time experience implementing CX technologies and processes.
• Strong background in Customer Experience Strategy, Consulting, Business Applications and Enterprise Solutions.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
