About the role
British Airways is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the team at Miami International Airport as Customer Experience Agents. You will be the face of the airline, ensuring every passenger enjoys a smooth and memorable journey from check‑in to boarding.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and provide personalised service to British Airways and codeshare customers throughout their airport journey.
- Assist passengers with check‑in, boarding, connections and arrivals, including basic ticketing and documentation.
- Handle baggage, including lifting bags up to 70 lbs, and operate loading bridges and company vehicles when required.
- Support premium customers in check‑in areas and award‑winning business and first‑class lounges.
- Ensure safe, secure and punctual departures and collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations.
Required profile
- Strong passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with diverse customers.
- Ability to remain composed and adaptable in fast‑paced or challenging situations.
- Flexibility to work shifts covering 24/7 operations.
- Professional appearance and commitment to British Airways standards.
Required skills
What we offer
- Shift: 1 PM – 11 PM.
- Pay rate: $18.87 per hour.
