Customer Account Associate - Grocery West

About the role

The Customer Account Associate supports the Account Director, Senior Manager and Account Managers in achieving annual sales objectives for Nestlé’s grocery portfolio. This role focuses on retail execution coordination, customer account administration, and financial reconciliation to ensure seamless product availability and accurate forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate retail execution materials, NRS workbooks, sell sheets and distribution activities; monitor out‑of‑stock reporting and sales impact.
• Maintain customer forms, item data, pricing, UPCs and dimensions; support item setup and new product launches in customer systems.
• Organize planning meetings such as JBP, ICP and internal business sessions; manage automated reporting, calendar resets and category updates.
• Assist with deduction analysis, trade event planning and forecast alignment; reconcile internal and customer forecasts and handle financial reconciliations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1–2 years relevant professional experience.
• Experience in sales support, customer account administration or analytical roles.
• Strong organization, time‑management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and collaborate across functions.
