Senior Sales Operations Analyst – Deployment

About the role

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst (Deployment) partners with Sales Operations Managers and field sales leaders to translate strategic priorities into effective field deployment, execution, and measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Deployment strategy & execution – partner with SOM, plan field resource alignment, analyze effectiveness and adjust for coverage, productivity and ROI.
• Strategic business partnership – advise FSMs and FSSMs, translate performance data into actionable recommendations and support planning sessions.
• Analytics & insights – develop dashboards, scorecards and BI tools, monitor KPIs, and deliver proactive insights to anticipate challenges.
• Technology & continuous improvement – drive adoption of AI, automation and route‑to‑market capabilities, simplify processes and improve scalability.
• Cross‑functional collaboration – build strong partnerships across sales, finance, analytics and other stakeholders to align field insights with organizational priorities.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, analytics, category management or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of routing principles, route planning and routing systems.
• Advanced Excel and business analytics capabilities.
• Experience with reporting platforms, dashboards and business intelligence tools.
• Ability to influence and drive action without direct authority.
