Custodian – Full-Time Position in Itasca, TX

About the role

This full-time custodial position supports Itasca Independent School District facilities year-round. You will join DNC Facility Services’ team to keep campus spaces clean, safe and ready for students and staff each day.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned campus areas to DNC’s quality standards, including floors, restrooms, common areas, classrooms and offices.
• Complete daily cleaning tasks thoroughly and consistently.
• Report supply needs, equipment issues or maintenance concerns to the Team Lead.
• Follow safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines.
• Arrive on time, in uniform and ready to work.

Required profile

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn and follow DNC’s cleaning standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive, coachable attitude.
• Prior custodial or janitorial experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.
