Cultivation Agent – Indoor Flower (Weekend Shift)

About the role

Cresco Labs is looking for a dedicated Cultivation Agent to work on indoor flower production. The role focuses on day‑to‑day plant care in a regulated cannabis facility, ensuring healthy growth and product quality during a weekend‑oriented schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine plant care tasks such as watering, pruning, topping, and trimming according to company protocols.
• Move plants and Rockwool media efficiently between cultivation areas.
• Transplant smaller plants into larger containers and maintain organized workspaces.
• Monitor plant health and production metrics to meet quality‑control standards.
• Follow all Commonwealth regulations and Cresco Labs’ internal standards for cultivation.

Required profile

• Ability to work the specified Friday‑to‑Tuesday shift (7:30 am – 4:00 pm) with weekend focus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance.
• Physical ability to handle plants and cultivation equipment safely.

Required skills

• Pruning, topping, and trimming of cannabis plants.
• Transplanting and moving plants within a cultivation facility.
• Handling and positioning Rockwool growing media.
