Cultivation Agent – Clone & Propagation

About the role

Cresco Labs is looking for a Cultivation Agent focused on clone and propagation work. You will support vegetative and propagation gardens, ensuring healthy plant development from clone to vegetative stage in a regulated cannabis facility.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain plant production and health throughout the cloning and vegetative phases.
• Perform daily plant care tasks such as cloning, watering, pruning, and transplanting.
• Apply pesticides and fungicides in accordance with state regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and quality‑control standards in the production area.
• Follow all state regulations and internal standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience in a regulated production environment, preferably related to human‑consumption products.
• Ability to work reliably in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented setting.
• Strong commitment to compliance, safety, and product consistency.
