CRNA Position with $75K Sign-On Bonus – Full-Time

About the role

Ochsner Health is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia care for surgical, obstetrical and other pain‑producing procedures. This full‑time position offers a $75,000 sign‑on bonus and the opportunity to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia to patients before, during, and after procedures while ensuring safety and adherence to best practices.
• Document patient procedures, incidents, and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
• Serve as a liaison between surgeons, anesthesiologists, patients, families, and other care team members.
• Participate in quality‑assurance initiatives and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from an AANA‑accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Active APRN license in the state of practice and certification through the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on‑call availability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows‑style computer applications for data entry and retrieval.
• Strong computer dexterity for handling patient information and documentation.
