About the role
Join Chipotle’s fast‑casual restaurant team as a Crew Member. You’ll work in a dynamic environment preparing fresh food by hand and delivering friendly, high‑quality service to guests.
Key responsibilities
- Operate at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Prepare real food without freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant.
Required profile
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping and serving customers and teammates.
- Desire to learn cooking techniques.
- At least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the location.
