Creative Production Intern

About the role

As a Creative Production Intern at AboutNewForm, you will support the in‑house content team in turning creative concepts into high‑impact short‑form ads and social content. Working closely with Creative Strategists and the Creative Producer, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across paid social campaigns, creator shoots, and fast‑paced production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate shoot logistics, scheduling, locations, and production preparation.
• Assist on‑set for UGC, podcast, lifestyle, and social content shoots.
• Set up and organize cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists to execute briefs and manage talent during shoots.
• Source props, wardrobe, and production materials as needed.
• Organize footage, assets, and files post‑shoot and maintain studio equipment.
• Facilitate communication between creators, editors, and production team members.
• Proactively solve on‑set challenges and support the team wherever required.

Required profile

• Strong interest in content production, filmmaking, social media, or creative marketing.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn on set.
• Previous internship, freelance, student film, or creator experience is a plus but not required.

Required skills
