Social & Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

Maesa is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Social & Influencer Marketing Manager to own its social media presence and build a high‑impact influencer program. The role blends creative storytelling, performance marketing, and partnership management to boost brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
• Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other key platforms.
• Manage paid social campaigns, including boosting posts and running ads on TikTok and Instagram.
• Partner with creative teams to produce platform‑native video content.
• Monitor trends, cultural moments, and community interactions to keep the brand relevant.
• Build, scale, and manage an influencer strategy across paid, earned, and owned channels.
• Identify, vet, negotiate, and oversee relationships with creators that match brand values.
• Define KPIs, track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, EMV) and provide regular insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with brand, product, PR, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging for product launches and campaigns.

• Hands‑on experience managing paid social and influencer programs.
• Ability to work onsite in New York three days a week.
